Jeff Scott Marshall is the founder of Jeff Marshall Law in Tampa, Florida, focusing on criminal defense, DUI, and drug crimes. Before entering private practice, he served for twelve years at the Law Offices of Julianne M. Holt, Public Defender for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, where he held roles ranging from trial lawyer to senior division chief. His early career included work with the prosecutor’s office in Detroit, giving him valuable insight into both sides of the courtroom. Licensed in Florida and Michigan, Mr. Marshall is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
